Mtn
Unilateral change of my terms and conditions

Telecommunications

I upgraded, during the month of May 2013, from a normal Anytime 750 contract to the Promotional Anytime 750 package. On date of upgrade I specifically asked Sibo at Mtn House in Bloemfontein when the 180 minutes, as per the promotion, starts being deducted. He clearly stated that as from the first second you make a call from MTN to MTN, which also as such applied up until the 21st of July 2013. Now all of a sudden and in absence of any consultation or engagement to that effect, now suddenly the 180 minutes only starts running after all my airtime has been depleted!!! This now puts me in a position where I am worse off than I was prior to 21 July 2013. I agreed with the terms as was implemented up until 21 July 2013 for which I spesifically signed and agreed to, which terms are now unilaterally changed in absence of any agreement from my side. I view and/or regard this as a breach of contract and request Mtn to rectify this problem with effect 21 July 2013.

Should Mtn fail to do so with immediate effect, further action shall be instituted as a matter of urgency against Mtn.

Your urgent and serious attention to the matter shall be highly appreciated.
