Frustrated with BAD SERVICE!

Just received my repair back from Autopage on Friday last week (was handed in to them around 20th May) and guess what... My Blackberry is STILL broken! The speaker is faulty and it is STILL dropping calls!!! I have hardly had the use of this phone as it goes in for repairs periodically for over 6 weeks at a time!!! This is so infuriating! I have asked them if I can rather hand the phone back and claim on my insurance as it is now the umpteenth time it is being repaired and they SAID NO!!! I cannot be without a phone as it is critical to my work... SO... WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? I am tearing my hair out. Nadine Baxter said we would resolve the matter. SME dept. (Bonny) never accepts or returns ANY calls, Liz Hurley has put me onto several other managers and given me email addresses for assistance, nobody returns calls or emails in this company! Customer care are non-existent and don't care anyway... put you off and also don't return calls!! I have been a client of Autopage since the inception of pagers... before cell phones!!! If I have a faulty phone I have less income!! What does one do?
