Sim Swop Still waiting!!

I went in to vodacare on the 20/0/2012 and had a sim swop done, which i paid for, never happend yet!!
Went back on the 22/01/2013, to enquire, staff gave a lame excuse... about their inbox being full??
I called the store manager on the same day, still waiting for a response...
Vodacom!

They take your money for a sevice, but dont deliver!!!
