Sim swop not done, pathetic customer service line!

Went into Vodashop Woodlands to do a SIM swop to a micro SIM for my new phone. Spent quite some time with the consultant, and paid for the SIM swop. 5 hours later nothing has happened. I phoned 111 customer service to be informed by an who got my name wrong 5 seconds after telling him my name, that the SIM swop was cancelled, and I have to go back to the Vodashop. No other explanation was offered. Customer service had the attitude that this isn't their problem, as the system show it as cancelled. Pathetic service made even worse by pathetic customer service! I'll definitely be moving my company's contracts to a component supplier as soon as they expire!
