Frustrated with my Cell C contract

I have taken out a Cell C contract earlier this year because of their pricing and the deal they had on the Samsung S3 phone. The first 2 months went well but for the last month I have a problem with my phone connecting to the Internet. I had to migrate from a Blackberry to a Samsung because I am doing all my business on my phone. I need the GPS desperately as I see at least 15 different customers a day. I went to the store in Potchefstroom and the first time they quickly made some adjustments and told me the phone is fine. I left their in spite of the fact that I still could not access my bank accounts and I mentioned it to the technician. I had to go back a second time after much frustration and after going to the Cell C shop in the Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti. They could not help me and told me to take the phone back to the shop in Potchefstroom. My last visit to Potchefstroom was disastrous to say the least. They called the Manager and after speaking her, her solution was to take the phone in for three weeks without borrowing me a phone in the meantime to do my business. When I told her I am an unhappy Customer she made no effort to help me. I am losing money. Cell C.
