My 4th complaint about Cell C on the same situation. The main point here, no internet connection even though I have 1GB to use each month. I have spoken Jared Jovindsame, he is a floor manager at cancellations department. He has made a few promises about calling me back, but at the end this proofed only to be as I had to phone back after 3 days of no communication. I then requested to speak to his superior, Jakes van Schalkwyk, kind of a rude guy, also making promises to phone back and then ignoring me after 6 messages I left. Yesterday, he also put the phone down on me. When I phoned back, he was apparently on another call. All I request is to cancel my contract with Cell C since I'm paying for the service each month but they fail to provide the service. I'm missing business related calls and I can not imagine how I would react if I miss a life threatening call. This has now been ongoing for 4 weeks. No one can help me at Cell C and no one can point me in the right direction. Writing these hellopeter reports also doesn't help since the same reply is always used. I just hope people read this and realize that Cell C money from the consumer with a no care attitude.
