First of all I'm not very happy because
1- I applied for a contract and ordered a phone and sim she only ordered the phone no sim, she decided by herself without telling me that she is going to cut my sim so it can fit my new phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) when I came to pick up my phone someone else was there and did not know about anything, but I got my sim that evening
2- I applied for a sim swop so that my new sim can activate they never put it through! I waited about a week before my new sim got activated
3- I have problems with the new phone it started to heat up! very bad that it burnt my leg!!! I went to the blond girl she felt that the phone is very hot! she said that she has to send it in before I can get a new one BUT I am still in my 7days replace period now I have to wait 2 WEEKS!! she said I CANT!! I have work to do!!
4- they gave me an old phone to use meanwhile but it has that green screen, no camera nothing, I need to have a camera for my work I have to access my emails everything what must I do now?
5- please GET HER RUDE BOYFRIED OUT OF THE F#@$N SHOP! he is rude he sits in front of her the whole day! not letting the client sit looks at you in a rude way he is rude!!
