Incorrect Billing Still not sorted since April

I lodged a complaint with MTN regarding incorrect billing, which they feel was a validated reason, which i in turn refuse to accept, since the reason they gave me was that it was a RIM loophole, but if that was the case, many other people who have blackberry's be it on MTN or any other network, should have been affected.

I got an "automated" response on hello peter, but since, no-one has contacted me from MTN. Also, i spoke to someone again today, trying to resolve this issue, and they said that they'd get a manger to call me, but i'm still waiting.

This is ridiculous, i need this issue resolved!
