I have been a customer of MTN for about 12 years now. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to transfer my number onto my brother's name more than 4 years ago. I have been sequestrated and rehabilitated in the mean while, and am trying to transfer the number back onto my name. I have started the process 2 months ago, and yesterday finally I was told there is NO way MTN can transfer it to my name. I am diiscusted with the outcome of the answer from MTN. According to me I cannot be rejected because of what happened in the past. I maybe do not have a "Credit record" at all, or suitable for MTN, but I would like some personal attention regarding my credit handling over the past 4 years. No one at the branches in Bloem can point me to speak to someone that can accually assist me. I am not pleased to be handled as "Just another customer". If this is the case I would like to cancel my contract with MTN.
