Upgrade Problem- ###### service

When you do respond to someone... please ensure you get somebody with a brain to do so. you guys promised to contact me. and you did, but the person that did contact me is stupid as they gave me no satisfaction at all. i had an upgrade done which was first of all implemented late. my invoice for July is not per the new upgrade as i am charged for stuff i did not receive. now, this lady that did contact me promised her senior would contact me so we can resolve this issue. well... guess what, I AM STILL ### WAITING. im being charged incorrectly, i received to date no good service from these i gave business to for more than 3yrs. they drag their feet at a complaint from a customer yet they quick to "assist" when the want your business. Really people, is this the service we pay for. is it right that we resort to hello peter and other sites to get some sort of assistance when we pay you people monies so you can provide a service to us. This is not only frustrating but its exhausting in all respects. i wish i could pull out altogether from doing business with these asinine
