NON DELIVERY OF SERVICE

I have had a few contracts with MTN and my business with them goes back approximately 10 years. i dont thing that matters to them. I recently applied for an upgrade, and when the delivery guy brough the phone, it was discovered that there was a difference in the way my name was spelt on their invoice and my id and he refused to leave the pnone. I called MTN to advise them and Hazel promised to escalate the matter and begged me to give her until close of business that same day to resolve and give me feedback. This was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for her "close of business". I subsequently asked for the upgrade to be cancelled and that I would take my business elsewhere. I have however discovered that the upgrade has not been cancelled and furthermore I have been charged for it. I called this morning and spoke to Mtswake and advised her that I had spoken to hazel and mpho. guesse what they both say that they cannot remember dealing with me. SO WHAT NOW MTN DO I PAY FOR SOMETHING I DONT WANT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE PAYING UP MY CURRENT CONTRACT WITH YOU, AND TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
