DOGGY BILLING

I have a problem with billing criteria that cell c is using. the account information and the monthly billing don't correspond at all, for instance; last month when I check my account info on the phone it was about R210.00 but I was debited R490.00. This is just a typical example it has gone on for a while and the account info/ current usage is always low but the amount taken from my account is always high. this is cheating and * please explain or don't I just understand the balance inquiry interpretation??? please explain...
