I bought R1800 data bundle on the 11 January 2013 at the 8ta store at the Bridge. I never received the data bundle instead of the data bundle I received three days later R50 vouchers that are being loaded from another cell phone number. I have been given the run around by Hendrick the sales person since the very first time I queried the loading of normal R50 vouchers. I am disgusted by the service rendered, I have been to the shop so many times to resolve this issue nothing has been forth coming. Even the franchise holder turned a blind eye and said the blame is not with them. Customer care confirmed that the data package need to be refunded / loaded. However I am really at wits end as this matter has been dragging on since January 2013. I have lodged a complained on and nothing was done in regard to the same matter! I hope this can be resolved I am really unhappy with the whole 8ta lack of service!!
