Sim card still not activated after 7days

This is regarding my ISP for my desktop computers.

I bought a secondary internet dongle with sim card at the Festival Mall branch so that it can link it into my existing internet account. This would enable me to use two internet dongles. This dongle and sim card was bought on the 6th January and after a phone call to the call center and another trip to the shop on the 11th of January to remind them to activate my sim card it is still offline after I was told it only takes 24hours maximum. I want to know why that sim card is still not activated after 7 days and also I would like to be reminded why I am paying for a service I am not receiving. How can this matter not be sorted after a second time? Telkom mobile is a national service provider and this is just plainly unacceptable.

Festival mall branch is a joke with long queues and not enough staff members (or atleast those infront of the shop what you can see) but this still does not explain why after a week the sim card is still not activated. Is this cause people don't know what they must do or do they conveniently forget to decrease the work load?

I would like this matter to be addressed.
