MTN big time

Ordered another contract phone from MTN. They had to port a prepaid number to this new contract.
It was all sorted 5 days ago and everyday there is an excuse. The latest is they blame MTN now for this problem. They have not followed up for the past 3 days. So frustrated. It been a long time since I received such bad service.
