Poof went my prepaid money!

On 5 July I had /- R495 prepaid airtime. I went overseas but I made no calls and answered not a single call. I sent a few sms's but nothing more than that. On 24 July on my return, the airtime had vanished! Yesterday I called Vodacom on 'customer care' 082111 and spoke to a lady who clearly did not know know what she was talking about because she said over R800 went towards the internet (which I do not use and I didn't have that much airtime anyway). She put me through to John Metene who promised that his supervisor Linda Khanye would email me a detailed report of the billing over that period. Needless to say, no report was emailed and no one came back to me. I am posting this complaint because (a) John Metene promised a detailed billing report but this has not happened (b) It is outrageous that Vodacom has taken so much money for doing so little and without explanation.
