I purchased 3sim cards- 2cell phone sim cards and 1 data. When I arrived at the store there were no assistants in the front and the manager had to call one of the staff to help. the lady came to the front with a huge attitude and assisted me with much reluctance. The staff marked the data sim as the cell phone sim and the cell phone sim as the data sim. A month later the customer service dept contacted me and said that My data usage was too high. I stated that that was impossible as I had a cap on my data. After much deliberation and endless phone calls I ascertained the staffs error. I then went back to the store and explained to the manager as too how the staffs error had cost me a huge bill of R6000. The manager stated that they will look into the matter and get back to me. After endless calls and much frustration I was informed that I am responsible for a bill of R22 000. I lodged an enquiry with the data section at Vodacom to re-tarrif my account taking into my consideration my free 2 Gig data according to my contract and then charge me a nominal amount for the rest of the data used as this not my error but one of their staff. They refused. Your staff is incompetent. Disgusted
