My Service has been suspended - My fault, i changed to FNB and somehow missed 8ta. I received an sms yesterday and responded immediately. I made the payment while on the line with their call centre agent. I still have no service and i doubt it will be turned on soon. Its just before 4 on a friday. I am sure i might hear from them Monday again. I sent proof of payment yesterday and 16 imes today without receiving a reply from a living person (i think). This was the last mail sent to them without receiving a response.
The cut off time that I was available for to be called has now come and gone. Even though I got another anonymous mail telling me that I would be called in 30 minuts, the time on this mail was 13:48. Maybe that's a new kind of time that I don't understand. The only other feedback that I have is once again an anonymous mail telling me that the matter has been escalated to some other department for re connection.
Still don't know who is sending all these e-mails. Still don't have an escalation procedure. Still don't have a reply as to when the 48 hour waiting period started. Don't know whether the 48 hours stops over the weekend or not. STILL DEFINITELY DON'T HAVE SERVICE
