Still no confirmation of account cancellation

I was contacted by Autopage after my previous complaint and after over a month (during which time they did phone me regularly) I was finally informed telephonically just before Christmas that the cancellation of my contract was being actioned. However I am still waiting for a formal emailed confirmation of the closure of my account and on what precise terms.
