Checkers & Checkers Hypers

I went to their house and home section on on Monday the 4th to buy a Vodacom USB moderm which is on sale for R250.00.Jacob informed me that they did not have it and that I should pay and pick it up the following day (5th). Jacob then called me today (5th) at 12:10 to inform me that the moderm was ready for collection. When I arrived to collect it Jacob was informed of my arrival, he asked a lady at the cashiers to rica my sim and disappeared. The lady asked me to wait as I could not leave without the relevant documents that would be needed by security even though I had a receipt. Seemingly only Jacob could provide these documents. I was made to cool my heels for more that 30 minutes by Jacob as he walked up and down the store. I eventually got fed up and decided to provide my receipt to security as proof of purchase. Security then told me he could not use the receipt, so I could'nt leave with the moderm. I was asked to wait again so they could find Jacob, which I was not prepared to do. I left without my moderm and have been defrauded, they took my money in advance knowing they had no intention of giving me the item. I am livid with myself for falling for this 419 .
