Again!!!

Once again

I try calling cell c to have my limit increased, however I do not get put through to anyone! In addition, I send an e-mail to customer care, and they still do not respond!

What is the point of having a customer care centre if people do not respond to your calls nor the time that you take to type an e-mail...

You guys better have a better excuse for me this time, than the last excuse I heard!
