Wifi router of the Mo Faya Promotion of 2gig

I ordered a wifi router of the Mo Faya Promotion of 2gig per month on friday the 19 th July 2013, and i received it on tuesday the 23 July 2013 and today on the 25 th July 2013 when i checked my bill its at R 7 361, how when i received it 2 days ago, i phoned them asking for an explanation, they couldn't give me an explanation, they instead requested me to send a fax to request it, why, you have verified that it is me, why don't you just explain to me what happened or email the itemized bill, they were not helpful, how can it be at this amount? I don't understand. And they failed to explain to me, how or assist me.
