UNAUTHORISED CELLPHONE BILLING

I have recently realised that Kulaville has been unlawfully deducting money on my new contract with Cell C. I have never subscribed to this service. This subscription service gave permission, without my knowledge, to my service provider to allow them to remove R6.15 as a content service. The money was removed without my knowledge until I enquired with the service provider, only to be told that "I had subscribed" without my consent.
