I bought a voucher to recharge my electricity on the 09.06.2013 at a filling that is approved by eskom, upon getting home and loading the voucher, the token rejected, i called eskom customer service on the numbers provided on the voucher receipts and was given a data set that i needed to use. the data kept on rejecting as well, i called everyday from that till today 14.06.2013 and the voucher is still rejecting. i was given a lot of explanation as to why it is rejecting which was not the same, as if the consultants where guessing on what to say to me because of my frustrations. i have spend over and above the voucher that i bought on calls that i mad to them (roughly i spend like about R 180.00 of airtime) just to communicate with them. they did not even show remorse by contacting me back to check if all "these" data that they are giving to me are taking or NOT. as a result i found myself calling them everyday AND WITHOUT A SOLUTION. i have purchased another voucher, to see if the meter box has a problem or is something else and that voucher took. i am very upset because, i bought this voucher and eskom is not interested in helping me with this problem AT ALL, talk about BAD service
