Over billed and not getting back to me

I contacted CellC customer service on the 12th July 2013 and complained about being billed for something I did not used, according to the consultant (Tsepo) he said it looks like I must get like R300 and more back. He sent the query through to the billings department and I was told the turn around time is 24 to 48 hours. It is the 24 July already and nobody has gotten back to me. Everytime I call in then I get told by a consultant that they will get back to me shortly. Can somebody in top managment get back to me or I will have to take this further.
