Cell C
Incorrect Information Supplied

Been trying for 2 weeks to get feedback from Cell C as to why an upgrade was sold, explained that data came with package and then phoned and told by accounts department that account is too high! Then told that there is no data! Requested voice recordings from date of agreement and Cell C has disappeared since that's been requested! Sitting with a bill because staff at Cell C have no idea what they doing.
