Okay in less than 2 weeks I've not only gone through 1.6gb of free data but 1 GB of purchased data as well.
neither the free nor the paid data notified me when running out and I was assured I would be with paid.
I've constantly have issues retrieving my mail and was told by a customer care representative that they would be crediting my account for the inconvenience of never being able to actually buy any vouchers larger than R200.
not to mention the fact that I can almost never hear the service agent on the other side my account was never credited as was promised.
I know I never used more than 500mb a month with vodacom and cell c is claiming I've used almost 3gb in less than 2 weeks.
I am switching from this joke of a service at my earliest possible convenience
