Eing put on contract that i never signed up fo

A week ago I was contacted by a nice lady who told me that they were reviewing my FNB bank account and found out that i was buying vodacom airtime from it. she said she was offering to automatically load my airtime for me every month for only just R59 for an airtime value of R75. No terms and conditions and nothing binding. i assumed that it was the bank calling me and not Vodacom. Yesterday i realised that my BIS service was disconnected and when i tried to load i didn't get an option to do so. I called call centre to be told that i was on a contract and i now have to request them to activate my BIS at a fee. I never called and asked for a contract and how does a bank give these people my account details. how safe are our banks? now i"ve been waiting for them to reverse this and put me back on prepaid and today when i called them again that i will have to wait between 7 to 14 working days. that is ridiculous and. Now i'm being inconvenienced because of their greed. I'm totally appalled.
