I received a bill For April of incorrect data usage of over R14000, I sent a URL request form on the 9th of April, to explain this usage. They lost the form twice and since I've sent it the third time they have been ignoring my emails. I have sent 9 Emails without any reply from them. I have been paying my monthly bill, but still they have fully suspended my phone, which is a business phone and sent me a final demand for a bill they have not even answered my questions on.
