Mtn
808 and 809 numbers not working

The numbers I usually dial to find out data bundle and airtime information for my contract are 808 or 809. For the last few days, the automatic prompts when I call these numbers repeat themselves i.e. I press 1 when prompted, then that exact menu starts again.
