Cell C
Network coverage is pathetic!! Cancel my contract!

I made the CHANGE to Cell C and it has been the worst decision of my life! I took my contract out mid May and have battled to get network coverage ever since. I have called Cell C and good luck if you can get through the Call centre. I sent them emails and to date I have yet to have a solution to my problem. I have been give the following case numbers: 1307030000354329, 172687, 3070303443 and SD120087 But the last email i got was the best:- "Please note that Site Upgrades have begun however there is no forecast date available at the moment" - which means that I must just shut up and wait till Cell C sorts their nonsense out. What happened to customer service???

And this after I originally emailed Cell C and told them that I am a working mother who has an asthmatic child and need to be available on my cell to my nanny should she need to get hold of me.
SO Should anything happen to my child and my nanny cannot get hold of me, I will personally hold Cell C responsible unrtil they sort their out, cancel my contract and reimburse me all my money!!!
