Unable to assist with query for months

I have been billed for services which I didn't request. I have requested to be reimbursed but have not been assisted for months. Every month when I call I get some or other excuse, escalate and then get a manager to assist, but error has never been rectified. Each time I call I get a new person who passes the blame on the last person. Pathetic service from Autopage.
