So, I write a complaint on Hellopeter on 30 June 2013 regarding my displeasure with MTN's failure to be "EVERYWHERE" I go in the the middle of freaken Pretoria, not even in the bundus somewhere. Mantoa writes back on 2 July 2013 with a general message directing on what I need to do with my complaint. I call the # (083 900 1212) he/she provided and lay down my complaint.

I am told that withing 10 working days a Bongani will call me in advance and come to my house to check what could be the reason I do not have network inside my home. I wait... but nothing. Seven days into the wait, I call the number again and speak to a lady who informs me that we are still within the 10 working days waiting period but promises to remind Bongani and ask him to call me. I wait again, and nothing.

Today I call the number again and speak to an Emmanuel, give him my reference number, and he checks, but does not know why Bongani never came. Bongani is called but cannot be found. I am then transferred to his Supervisor William Makola, whose phone rings unanswered before going to voicemail and the call cut. So I call again, unlucky Emmanuel picks up the call and is stumped. ARE YOU SERIOUS MTN?
