Cell C
Has cell c closed down?

My cell c intetnet is not working and when I call the call center after listning to 5 min of voice prompts I get to push 9 to speak to some one and I get an oops that option is not available. Im trying to run my business with this cell c inertnet so this level of service is unacceptable
