MTN passing the buck AGAIN!

Very Sorry MTN, but I do not except your apology! To date not 1 individual from MTN has contacted me. You had the audacity to charge me for the Sim card I had to buy in order to reinstate my phone after you authorised a Sim swop.
I will state again. If the sim swop was not done by MTN, the would not have been able to gain access to my account. Be a decent service provider, if that's what you are, and follow up with me. All you have done up to now, it respond to my calls, or posts. Please can I see action and not reaction. To say that there must be documents amiss, really, how can you say that if you havent followed up with me?
