Bad service

These people promise to phone you back but never do.

Service is very bad. They do a bad job opening a contract, then you as customer have to phone back and inquire why the contract hasn't been activated, they promise to check and get back to you, but NEVER do. I had to phone back 3 time... still no response.

Frustrating.

I regret opening a contract with you!
