Four weeks and still no response from Autopage

Since my previous communications to Autopage cellular four weeks ago, I have had numerous phone calls confirming my new nano sim card delivery. To date no one has bothered confirming if it has been delivered - which it has not. I am totally dumb struck as to how you people maintain customers relations. I suppose the only way to get a reaction is to cancel my account with you which I have had since 1999...
