Bad Service from "trusted" website host

No support, efficiency or service received!!!

I emailed and called Hetzner on the 27th of March to ask for my domain to be transferred away from Hetzner. I added the person who is attending to this transfer on the list of authorised email addresses/accounts for it to go through when she requests the ticket via uniforum.

I also emailed Hetzner and was promised in writing that she was now authorised to do this. After 3 failed attempts due to Hetzner not adding her as an admin on the account the ticket cannot be processed and now my domain is blocked and the transfer won't go through. After more emails sent and further promises this has still not been resolved.

This is unacceptable service and I would like to advise people not to use Hetzner in the future.
