My third time that I log this. Still no resolution. I can't use my 1.5GB that I have thus far saved. Next month, it will be 2.5GB and thereafter I start losing my data. I have had two notification on hellopeter that this will be dealt with. I am paying R399 for this package and I can't use it. I need to get this cancelled without penalties as Cell C are now breaching contract with me, as well as money from me since the service that I signed up for, is non existent. Can anyone more senior get back to me about this. Come end of the month, I will reverse the debit order and return your phone since it seems that rules are there to be broken according to you. So if you can breach contract, I can do the same.
