Cellphone claim done in June/ have to wait 8 weeks

I have been a client with autopage for a very very long time and I don't claim. however now that I claim I am getting very bad service In total if I have to wait for 8 weeks for my phone it is 10 weeks that I have to wait almost 3 months how is it possible im disappointed to say the least and if I send emails they ignore me so what do they want me to do go to another service provide
