I had a major problem, my simcard had been permanently deactivated. Being a person whose business, banking and accounts all run on my cellphone number, I was utterly distraught. I posted my disappointment and need for assistance here on HelloPeter and was contacted by a friendly CellC agent who then helped me in what I thought was an impossible situation.
