A month ago we had taken out an internet contract from mtn.in the contract it states that we will receive a free 40' led 3d tv... 3 weeks later we receive a 32' normal tv... we returnd the incorrect tv only to find out that Samsung has no stock of the tv mentioned in the contract, 1 month gone by and still no tv, we payed 1 month but no joy from MTN

NB: WHEN THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED A MONTH AGO, MTN DID NOT INFORM US THAT THERE WAS NO STOCK AVAILABLE..

VERY BAD SERVICE TO A CLIENT THAT HAS 5 CONTRACTS WITH MTN...
