Misleadinginformation to acquire sales/Rude staff

On the 19th July, I spoke to a gentleman at Cell C "Get It"... I was not explained that I need a credit card to make use of the product and therefore asked for cancellations, which I called the 0841143838 a lady by the name of Lerato Mabunda answered. The call was at 12:20-12:37am she was rude and abrupt in her conversation upon requesting cancellation... she went as far as telling me she is the only person on duty upon requesting to speak to a Team Leader/Supervisor or Manager and insisted that I cannot speak to anyone else, as i refused to speak to her She was extremely rude and says she doesn't care what we do but that rules of the product is "what it is". She is very unprofessional and portray the company in a very bad light with her bad attitude and don't care, disregard for customer service. I am cancelling my contract end of August 2013 and will not even consider upgrading or renewing my contracts as initially intended as a result of this poor service and past experiences with CELL C.
