Still no service after 7 working days!!!

My account was unfortunately in arrears as I was retrenched March 2013. I've always paid my account and have had an account with these (Vodacom) for over 10 years!! Without any documented information that the number will be deleted from their systems, they went and did it. I paid all the outstanding balances and applied for re-activation, but to no avail - I'm now WAITING 14 days. - Employers are trying to contact me with no luck - Who can I blame for not finding a job, Vodacom??? It's easy for Vodacom to ask for money and to GET IT, but when we ask for service, it is a complete different story, even though I did fix my wrongs - They are not worried if you lost your job, they JUST WANT THERE MONEY - Maybe I should try and get legal assistance with the Consumer ACt!!! - I WANT MY NUMBER BACK, EVEN IF IT MEANS I HAVE TO GO THE "PAY AS YOU GO ROUTE" can someone please get back to me... you are USELESS!!! 012 330 0549
