Poor Technical Support

I am disappointed with the service I received from gridhost, I have a problem with my domain when I search for it I can not find, they technical support agents claim there is no problem from they side, but only to find out the problem is within they Cpanel. Gridhost offers affordable hosting yes, but a poor technical support service (Period)
