Not getting help from Call Centre agents

Good day,

I'm having issues connecting to the internet since Sunday.

I called the 180 number and each time I get given different settings that I need to apply on my computer and non of them work. I do get a sense that the reason why they do this is to get me off the phone, that's after I have given them a good rating.

My challenge is non of these settings work and all of them do promise to call back and check and never do.

Can somebody tell me why i'm not able to connect
