I bought A new computer and needed to activate my account on old computer the same way as my old 1 worked. That is with A wireless adaptor from D-Link. The old computer was able to do so until A agent let me change all kinds of settings. After that my old computer still couldn't' connect wireless, but now my old 1 also wasn't able anymore. Called quite A view times to help desk 10210 but was never helped. Then I send A complain and A lady called me while I was at work. First she asked me what it was about and I wondered why she didn't even get through my complain. I told the lady that I was at work, but if she called our home number that my wife could talk to her and see what can be done. Lady never called our home or did we ever hear from them again. So they broke settings and will not take responsibility for the repairs
