I requested a simple increase in my data from 500MB to 1GB. This was at the ned of May!

In attempting to fulfill my request, Cell C moved me to a 200MB contract and removed my 50 anytime minute base contract. So I have been paying much higher rates for data and voice.

I have called the call centre at least 10 times, explained my problem and had promises to rectify. I have emailed customer service at least 3 times but have still not been corrected.

I don't know what to do as it is impossible to deal with such poor call centre staff who do not have the skill or knowledge to correct, rectify and reimburse me.

My various attempts to get my billing to the original status have been futile.
