We have been with Vodacom for many years as loyal customers, my wife does NOT use her Samsung Note for internet and has been switched off for the duration of the contract. She bought the phone for the large screen thats all..All of a sudden, a bill over 2 months of R12k. Vodacom refuse to even consider the matter and several keep saying its POP 3 you are accountable. So we have just switched them off totally, the customer service just. They market really well but cant back it up with even the basics of customer service..Vodacom wake up and very quickly, getting new customers is one thing, keeping them is another..They will jsut reply with the same bull which i will expect. Try cell C it seems to work... I hope this helps Paul Lintott
