This is my 4th report, no contact has been made!!!

POOR POOR POOR! i have now wrote 3 reports about Cell C, on every report I was told that my case has been assigned to Sisa and he/she will contact me...!!! this is an automated response Cell C sends and then sweeps the matter under the carpet.
